I hate comments that say nothing - they are the same as and run...
For this one I'll start by agreeing with everyone - very sweet, lots of character, and the B&W rendering works well. One tip that may serve you in the future: while the face is turned to the left, the light is from the right, making her right cheek look full and blend with the neck. Now imagine the same light coming from a slight left angle. It would describe the 3D shape of the face, and add light to her right eye. BTW - this is especially useful when shooting full-faced people.
I know the limitations when shooting spontaneous portraits, but disregard them when commenting - maybe next time you will take a few steps to the right, or simply observe the light better, rather than just the composition. Then again - maybe I'm being presumptuous...
